Using our website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, interfere with how it works, attempt to access it without permission or submit false information.

Products
We try to show our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may look slightly different on different screens, and because our pieces are made with care, small variations in prints and finishing can occur. These are part of the character of handmade and printed garments and are not defects.

Prices and currency
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). The currency converter on our website is for reference only. You will always be charged the exact amount in Naira, and your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees. We may change prices at any time without notice, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is only confirmed once we have received and verified your payment. You can pay by bank transfer to our Providus Bank account, named House of Amarà, or through Paystack. If you pay by bank transfer, you must upload your payment receipt at checkout. We may cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, if an item is unavailable or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you.

Delivery
Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Refunds
Refunds are only given when the problem is from our side or there is an issue with the size, as set out in our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to that policy.

Garment care
All our garments are hand wash only. Please do not machine wash. We are not responsible for damage caused by not following the care instructions.

Intellectual property
All content on this website, including our name, logo, designs, photographs, text and graphics, belongs to House of Amarà and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use it without our written permission.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, House of Amarà is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order will not be more than the amount you paid for that order.

Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Nigeria.
