Orders within Nigeria are delivered within 7 working days after your payment is confirmed. Working days are Monday to Friday and don't include weekends or public holidays.

Yes. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and will be confirmed with you after you order. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

We do not offer free shipping. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Weather, public holidays or courier issues can sometimes cause delays. Message us and we'll help you track your order.

Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct, as we can't be responsible for delays or losses caused by wrong details.

Refunds are only given when the problem is from our side, or when there is an issue with the size. This includes:

• A manufacturing defect
• A wrong or missing item, or a mistake with your order
• A size that doesn't match what you ordered or our size chart

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size yourself
• Damage after delivery, including wear, washing, alteration or misuse
• Garments not washed according to our care instructions (hand wash only)

Message us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order details, the reason and clear photos of the item. The item must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.

If approved, we'll tell you how to send the item back.

Approved refunds are paid in Naira (₦) to the account you paid from, or another account you give us. Shipping fees are only refunded if the fault is ours.

Your name, email, phone number, delivery address, order details, payment receipts and any messages you send us. We also use cookies to keep our website working. We do not store your card details. Card payments are processed securely by Paystack.

We never sell your information. We only share it with partners who help us run our business, such as Paystack, our bank, delivery companies and our website platform, or if the law requires it.

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent to marketing. Just contact us. We take reasonable steps to protect your data and keep it only as long as needed. Our website is not meant for children under 13.

Colours may look different on different screens, and small variations in prints and finishing are normal. They are not defects.

All prices are in Naira (₦) and may change without notice. This does not affect confirmed orders. The currency icon on our site is for reference only, and you are always charged in Naira.

Pay by Paystack, or by bank transfer to 5401978732, House of Amarà, Providus Bank. For transfers, upload your receipt at checkout. An order is confirmed once we verify your payment.

We may cancel an order if payment can't be verified or an item is unavailable. If you have paid, we'll refund you.

Delivery and refunds follow our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy above. All garments are hand wash only, and we are not responsible for damage from not following the care instructions.

Our name, logo, designs and photos belong to House of Amarà and may not be copied without written permission.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
