REFUND POLICY

We take care over every piece we make, and we want you to love what you receive. Please read this policy before placing an order.

When refunds are allowed
Refunds are only given when the problem is from our side, or when there is an issue with the size. This covers:

A fault from us, such as a manufacturing defect, a wrong item, a missing item or a mistake with your order.
A size issue, where the item you received does not match the size you ordered or the size chart on our website.
Similar issues that are not caused by the customer.

When refunds are not allowed
We do not give refunds for a change of mind, for choosing the wrong size yourself, or for damage caused after delivery, including damage from wearing, washing, alteration or misuse. Garments that were not washed according to our care instructions (hand wash only) are also not eligible.

Request window
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Condition of the item
To qualify, the item must be unworn and unwashed, with any tags still attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing or alteration cannot be refunded.

How to request a refund
Contact us on WhatsApp or by email at [email protected] within the 7-day window. Please include your name, your order details, the reason for your request and clear photos of the item (and of the fault, if there is one). We will review your request and let you know the next steps. If your request is approved, we will give you instructions on how to send the item back.

How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) to the account you paid from, or another account you give us. Please allow some time for the refund to be processed after we receive and check the returned item. If you would rather have an exchange for the correct size, tell us and we will do our best to help, depending on availability.

Shipping fees
Shipping fees are not refundable, unless the refund is because of a fault from us.

Garment care
All our garments are hand wash only. Please do not machine wash.
