Thank you for shopping with House of Amarà. This policy explains how we deliver your orders.

Processing and delivery time
Orders delivered within Nigeria arrive within 7 working days after your payment has been confirmed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. This delivery time applies to Nigerian orders only and does not apply to international orders.

International orders
We ship internationally. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and will be confirmed with you after you place your order. You can tap the currency icon on our website to see prices in your local currency. This is for reference only. All payments are charged in Nigerian Naira (NGN), and your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

Shipping fees
We do not offer free shipping. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order confirmation
Once your payment is confirmed, we will contact you to confirm your order. Please make sure your phone number, email and delivery address are correct, because we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.

Delays
Delays can sometimes happen because of weather, public holidays, courier issues or other things outside our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will help you track it.

Customs and duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their country.
